Guang'an's computing park recognized as smart digital park in Guizhou

The Guizhou Big Data Development Administration held a plaque-awarding ceremony on March 27 at the Gui'an Development・Optics Valley Intelligent Computing Industrial Park. This park was officially recognized as the only project selected in the second batch of Guizhou's Smart Digital Industrial Parks.

The park is in Guiyang's Big Data Sci-Tech Innovation City, covering a total building area of 118,000 square meters and centers on the computing industry. It offers full-cycle services to enterprises and spans fields such as data annotation, AI research and development, and embodied intelligence, fostering industrial collaboration.

The park boasts convenient transportation links and comprehensive facilities. Accommodation facilities for 6,900 people will be completed this year, while essential living amenities such as supermarkets and dining halls are already in operation.

The industrial park has also partnered with several vocational colleges and human resource service companies to ensure a steady supply of talent. It currently has over 30 million yuan ($4.1 million) in reserved orders and is home to 11 digital economy enterprises.

The industrial park will focus on building three core functional areas centered on the full data value chain. It aims to establish a public service platform, refine the ecosystem for data collection, annotation, application, and trading, and contribute to the development of Guizhou's digital economy.
