Guiyang forges strategic partnership with Zhongjian Zhengyan Group

The Guiyang Development and Reform Commission signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhongjian Zhengyan Group on Nov 18 during a formal ceremony.

Officials highlighted Zhongjian Zhengyan Group's expertise as a comprehensive service provider integrating training, consulting, capital, resources, and technology. The group pledged to offer Guiyang professional and systematic services, decode national policies, and adapt to macroeconomic and investment trends. This partnership aims to enhance Guiyang's project planning and construction capabilities, driving high-quality socio-economic development.

Officials emphasized that this collaboration reflects the city's commitment to utilizing new think tank resources that align with municipal directives and advance the economic development of Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area. The agreement focuses on implementing research-driven strategies, aligning with national policies, and incorporating key project outcomes into long-term plans like the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-30).
