Guiyang hosts meeting on development of key industries

On Feb 20, a meeting on the development of key industries in the national economy was held in Guiyang, outlining an overall plan for the city's economic development.

The meeting emphasized the need to improve industrial planning, closely aligning with the "14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25)" for the economic and social development of Guiyang city and Gui'an New Area.

It also focused on optimizing and improving the layout of 10 major industries throughout the city, and stressed the importance of conducting in-depth analysis and research on the industrial market and future development trends.

The meeting called for the precise and timely introduction of policy measures to promote industrial development, effectively transforming policy support into development impetus. It was emphasized that a variety of measures should be taken to cultivate and develop market entities, thus stimulating market vitality.
