Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has vigorously reformed various government services and continuously optimized its business environment, helping private enterprises' high-quality development.
As the only pilot for whole-process network reform for government services in the province, the Guiyang government affairs service center has integrated the resources of the Guiyang bureau of big data development and management, as well as big data companies to establish a dynamic management mechanism for whole-process network items.
"Through the online platform, an administrative procedure that used to take more than one month has been shortened to three days," said Qiu Lingyu, person in charge of Guiyang Baocheng Enterprise Management Co.
Up to now, the whole-process network operation rate in Guiyang reached 82.71 percent, and 30 municipal self-built systems have completed integration.
"A sound business environment is crucial to the development of enterprises. The Guiyang government affairs service work has also achieved great results," an official of the center business said.
Moving forward, the center will coordinate all districts and counties to build service institutions to provide one-stop convenient services for enterprises.
