Guiyang is sparing no effort in promoting the construction of "one circle, two lots and three reforms" in the first half of 2022, while a number of livelihood projects have been completed as well.
"One circle" refers to a 15-minute living circle covering education, culture, health, sports, food, housing and transportation for both the young and elderly, "two lots" refers to parking lots and farmers' markets, and "three reforms" refers to the renovation of old communities, backstreets and alleys.
Data from relevant departments shows that the overall operating rate of the project has exceeded 95 percent. Among more than 16,000 samples taken from the city, the overall satisfaction among residents surveyed in terms of project planning and construction was 80.56 percent.
From 2021 to 2022, the 99 "15-minute living circles" launched by Guiyang involve 2,470 projects. As of June 30 this year, 2,404 projects have been started, with an operating rate of 97.33 percent.
The renovated Shizi Street in Huaxi district has brought a new experience to residents, while the newly constructed sports plaza for all ages in Guanshanhu district provides various service facilities for the public.
Starting in August, the relevant department of Guiyang will conduct a comprehensive inspection of all projects in the 99 living circles to ensure that the project list matches the actual construction situation.
In addition, the department will increase fund-raising to comprehensively improve the quality of project construction and operation efficiency.
