Guizhou publishes 142 measures to benefit enterprises, residents

In order to complete the goals and tasks set at the beginning of the year, Guizhou province recently issued a list of tasks for implementing the "Notice of the State Council on a Package of Policies and Measures for Stabilizing the Economy".

To this end, Guizhou formed 142 policies and measures that benefit enterprises and the residents in eight aspects, such as ensuring employment, stabilizing investment, promoting consumption, ensuring the stability of industrial and supply chains, ensuring food and energy security, and ensuring people's basic livelihoods.

Guizhou is focusing on implementing inclusive policies such as tax rebates, deferrals of three social security payments, inclusive small and micro loans, and support for returning migrant workers and college graduates in need of employment.

The province will simultaneously implement the recently-published measures to benefit enterprises and residents to cultivate and strengthen market entities, help solve problems faced by industrial enterprises, promote the recovery and development of struggling industries in the service industry, increase residents' incomes, and promote consumption.
