The Guiyang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone – located in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – recently completed improvements to its service inquiries window at its offices.
The purpose was to optimize and improve its service functions and focus on improving the experience of business representatives and members of the general public.
The initiative has won the praise of many, for its increased efficiency.
The zone actively researched and strengthened contacts with its departments and put together the improvement based on the actual work.
Moreover, it conducted in-depth analysis to provide a basis for standardizing the handling process.
In addition, the zone identified departmental performance patterns and industry barriers, forming a closed-loop management system of the whole process of consultations, counseling, approvals and evaluation.
It established a service model in which a visitor enters the door, picks up a number, goes to the window and completes their business – be they company representatives or members of the public.
This is understood to have streamlined government services, making them more efficient and convenient.
