Responsibilities:

The credit construction department promotes the construction of Guiyang's credit system; analyzes the implementation of fiscal and monetary policies and makes recommendations; deals with non-listed companies' declaration of issuing corporate (company) bonds, and takes responsibilities related to the business environment. The department is also responsible for the daily work of the leading group of environment business optimization in Guiyang.
