Tertiary Industry Department

Head: Jing Jing (concurrently)

Responsibilities: 

The tertiary industry department studies, proposes the tertiary industry development strategy, planning, and policy measures, prepares the tertiary industry medium- and long-term planning and annual plan, supervises the implementation of plans, and deals with the major problems in development; connects and balances industry planning and policy measures of different sectors; selects the key industries of the tertiary industry; arranges the use of funds for the development of tertiary industry; monitors and analyzes the development of the tertiary industry; and guides the construction of the employment service system. The department also conducts the daily work of the Guiyang municipal service industry development leading group.
