Raft of projects start construction in Xiuwen county

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Oct 30 in Xiuwen county – located in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – for 11 projects with a total investment of 998 million yuan ($156.07 million).

Among the 11 projects, four were new industrialization projects with an investment of 539 million yuan and three were new urbanization projects with an investment of 310 million yuan.

Another three were agricultural modernization projects with an investment of 142 million yuan, while one was infrastructure project with an investment of 7 million yuan.
