The Guiyang Free Trade Zone – located in Guiyang city, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – recently embarked on an initiative to explain and clarify its policies on helping resident companies recruit and retain valuable personnel.
Staff members from the Guiyang FTZ's finance department visited Guizhou Guijin Financial Leasing Co Ltd in the zone on July 19, to promote its talent policies.
Through on-site explanations of the incentives and positive policies on offer, the zone's staff members sought to inform the company about what it was doing to help ensure that top personnel were hired and were subsequently keen to stay there – so as to promote the high-quality development of groups and to optimize the business environment.
Moving forwards, the Guiyang FTZ's finance department plans to visit more companies, to offer better services and strengthen its links with them, as well as to find out about their needs for new staff members and provide human resource policy information.
