A report on the environment for high-quality development in the Guanshanhu district of Guiyang city during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25) was released recently.
Since start of the first year of the plan, the development and reform commission in Guanshanhu – one of six districts in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – has maintained close ties with its residents and tried to answer any concerns they had and identify problem-solving approaches.
According to the report, Guanshanhu is faced with a complex internal and external environment. In response, it needs to seek breakthroughs in the upgrading of its modern service industry, in the high-quality development of industry and the high-end development of its big data industry, among other things.
Revolving around the theme of high-quality development, Guanshanhu will aim to stick to high-end, green-friendly and intensive development -- further optimizing its business environment and expanding its effective investment.
Moving forwards, the commission will also reportedly continue to stick to the tenets of its new developmental philosophy and provide satisfactory responses in the ensuing years of the plan.
