The plan to establish a public health service system in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, was approved by Guiyang's government on Dec 28.
Co-compiled by Guiyang's development and reform commission and Guiyang's health bureau, the plan aims to improve Guiyang's public health service infrastructure and enhance the construction of public medical institutions.
In the future, the commission will communicate with government departments at all levels to solve problems related to land use, financing and services for talents, and to ensure the successful implementation of the plan.
